Song of the Little Cat by Margaret Wise Brown and

There was a cat--a magic cat
Who was so small, so small
That he was no bigger than a pussy willow!
He used a ladybug for a pillow
And on moonlit nights
In the early spring
When the peepers peep
You would hear him sing,
On bright moonlit nights
In the soft early spring.
